We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Pastry Chef to join our pastry team. As a Junior Pastry Chef, you'll assist in the preparation and production of high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats. Key Responsibilities:

1. Pastry Preparation:

- Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats.

- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.

2. Kitchen Maintenance:

- Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workstations.

3. Teamwork:

- Work collaboratively with other pastry team members to ensure efficient production and minimize delays.

- Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.

4. Learning and Development:

- Learn and develop new skills and techniques under the guidance of senior pastry chefs.

- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Previous experience in a pastry kitchen or related role is an advantage, but not required.

2. Skills:

- Basic knowledge of pastry preparation and techniques.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

- Strong attention to detail and creativity.

3. Qualifications:

- Pastry certification or diploma is an advantage, but not required.
