We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and represent the OASE Water Features segment, including exposure to travel overseas for business and study attractions in Asia Region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for water feature solutions, experience in B2B and B2C sales, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate would also be groom into a bigger role in the organisation. On top of the above, the ideal candidate willbe supported by a strong team of world class designers and engineers that build attractions around the world
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
• Promote and sell OASE water features, including fountains, pond equipment, and decorative water solutions, to commercial and residential clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key sectors, such as architecture, landscaping, hospitality, and real estate.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including contractors, architects, and interior designers.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
Market Research & Strategy:
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify potential sales leads.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Product Knowledge:
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of OASE water feature products and their applications.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the benefits of OASE solutions.
Reporting & Coordination:
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management review.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing and operations) to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
Requirements:
• Fresh graduates are welcome, proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in water features, landscaping, or related industries a plus point.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the water feature market and OASE products is a plus.
