Service Desk Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:
- The 1st Level Remote Support is required to provide 1st point of contact for clients and provide excellent customer service to address their inquiries, concerns, or complaints.
- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers or clients.
- Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.
- Listening attentively to customers and understanding their needs to provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
- Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring accurate and complete documentation of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge, policies, and processes to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Mandatory Skills: Infrastructure Support, Micerosoft Office 365
Preferred Skills: Microsoft Windows, ITIL IT Service Management
Requirement
1. Minimally IT Diploma Holder
2. Minimum 1 year Customer Service Experience in technical or non-technical call center environment.
3. Knowledge in Windows OS, Active Directory Account Administration, MS Outlook, mobile devices support.
4. Excellent communication skills, strong customer service skills, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
5. Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure, and have a flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts.
Work Location: Ang Mo Kio & Bedok
Shift Work: Yes, Staggered 8.5hr on weekday, between 8am to 8pm.
Need to rotate to cover alt Sat (4hr, between 8am to 6pm), OT will be paid if time-off cannot be arranged
Working Hours:
o Monday to Thursday : 8.5hr. Staggered between 7.00am – 7.00pm
o Friday : 8hr. Staggered between 7.00am – 7.00pm
o Saturday – Once a month. Weekday hour will be shortened if agents need to cover Saturday.
o Sunday and Public Holiday – Off.
