We're on the lookout for a passionate, organized, and people-driven Recruiter to join our HR team and own the front end of our hiring process. If you love connecting with people, spotting great talent, and helping candidates navigate their journey — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter, you'll be the face of our hiring process — sourcing talent, screening candidates, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the first contact through the interview process.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand open roles and ideal candidate profiles
  • Writing and posting engaging job ads across multiple channels
  • Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone or video interviews
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring teams and managing scheduling logistics
  • Maintaining the ATS and keeping candidate records up to date
  • Providing regular updates to hiring managers and HR on pipeline progress
  • Representing the company at job fairs, virtual events, and networking meetups
