The purposeof the role is to
  • Maximize new business/acquisition/referral opportunitiesand deepening existing customer relationships to the specifiedservice standards for the Priority Clientssegment

KeyResponsibilities

Implementationand oversight of the below individualresponsibilities:
  • To conduct aprofessional, consultative financial analysis and profiling sessionwith customers to meet their financial needs/objectives.
  • To foster and deepen customer relationships by providingregular market information updates and trend analysis on local andinternational financial products.
  • Inconsultation with the PB team manager/ branch manager/ PTL, draw upmonthly plans for achieving/exceeding sales targets to meet newbusiness and customer acquisition goals
  • Toparticipate in marketing and promotional activities for customeracquisition.
  • To source and call on individualprospects
  • To provide quality, efficientafter-sales services
  • To manage anti-attritionand retention of clients
  • To organise andconduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations,companies and other organisations.
  • To solicitreferrals from other parts of SCB eg. RMs from C&I, staff,etc.
  • To comply with all applicable moneylaundering prevention procedures and in particular, report anysuspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit.
  • To ensure compliance with all regulations and controls asset by the Bank and external regulatoryauthorities.
