Digital Incident Management Service Specialist (Infrastructure/ Pharma)

Up to $8,000 depending on experience

Our client aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges.
Job Purpose
- To manage all incidents related to Digital to ensure the plant is running smoothly.
- This covers all Digital topics: applications, infrastructure, industrial devices, end-users, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Leading incidents resolution, by either fixing through standard technical actions or relying on technical experts from different teams (internal or external; France or worldwide).
- Monitoring the health of the plant through operating dashboard.
- Getting Digital related incidents resolved as fast as possible.
- Reducing the frequency and duration of service incidents and downtime.
- Incidents analyze to prevent further occurrence and provide improvement plan.
- Reporting on incident management.
- Providing out of business hours support on regular basis.
- Working closely with technical teams on incident resolution.
- Documenting previous incident for knowledge base.
- Getting Digital related incidents resolved as fast as possible.
Requirements:
- Experience in Digital Service Management
- Experience in Incident management
- Experience in Infrastructure engineering
- Experience in Manufacturing applications knowledge
- Experience in industrial environments
