Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify potential markets and customers within the bread, cakes and confectioneries industry.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activity, pipeline status and forecast.
  • Analyst sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably within the food distribution, retail, or hospitality industry.
  • Possess Class 3 Driving License.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Industry-specific knowledge and experience is preferred.
  • Possess Food Safety and Hygiene Certification.


Working Hours: 5 days work week (Monday to Friday). From 8.00am to 6.00pm.

Working Location: MacTaggart Road (nearest mrt: Tai Seng)
