Aegis Wallet is seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our global marketing efforts. This role requires a cross-cultural, multilingual leader with a strong background in Web3, blockchain, and fintech. As the CMO, you will drive Aegis Wallet's global branding, community engagement, and user growth strategies, ensuring our market leadership in the digital asset security space.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Global Branding
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy to position Aegis Wallet as an industry leader.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and drive adoption across diverse international markets with tailored messaging.
  • Oversee content marketing, PR, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance credibility and visibility.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels, including website, social media, and offline events.
Community Building & Engagement
  • Lead the growth of multilingual user communities in key markets, including Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies through social media, online forums, and in-person events.
  • Launch educational campaigns to increase user trust and adoption of Aegis Wallet's security features.
  • Oversee community-driven programs, such as ambassador initiatives and referral campaigns.
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with blockchain networks, DeFi protocols, and institutional partners.
  • Collaborate with exchanges, custodians, and market makers to expand Aegis Wallet's integration and accessibility.
  • Secure co-marketing opportunities with crypto projects, DAOs, and developer communities to enhance ecosystem reach.
User Acquisition & Growth Hacking
  • Design and execute data-driven user acquisition campaigns, leveraging digital marketing and organic strategies.
  • Optimize SEO, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships to drive sustained growth.
  • Implement and monitor KPI-driven performance marketing efforts, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Develop user retention strategies, including loyalty programs and incentive-driven engagement models.
Product Marketing & Education
  • Lead product marketing strategies, working closely with product and engineering teams to refine messaging.
  • Create educational materials that simplify wallet security, DeFi interactions, and crypto transactions.
  • Oversee the development of guides, documentation, and tutorials for seamless user onboarding.
  • Coordinate with customer support teams to align marketing efforts with user needs and pain points.
Event & Industry Thought Leadership
  • Represent Aegis Wallet at major Web3 conferences, hackathons, and panel discussions worldwide.
  • Organize and host roundtables, AMAs, and Twitter Spaces to engage with global blockchain audiences.
  • Build relationships with media, journalists, and industry analysts to secure press coverage and interviews.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Performance Analytics
  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, conversion rates, and community growth metrics.
  • Utilize A/B testing and campaign analytics to optimize marketing spend and improve efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments to adapt marketing tactics accordingly.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency wallet, or fintech industries IS A MUST
  • Deep understanding of crypto wallets, DeFi ecosystems, and blockchain technology.
  • Proven track record of executing global marketing campaigns and community growth strategies.
  • Strong network within the crypto industry, including key opinion leaders, influencers, and ecosystem partners.
  • Experience in digital marketing, performance analytics, and growth hacking strategies.
  • Ability to manage teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
