**COMPANY**

PIF Capital is a Small Medium Enterprise (SME) focused **consultancy firm **, which has a singular aim to help SMEs all over the world, to **fast track **their companies’ growth leveraging on the know-how and execution of Capital mechanism. We wanted to develop not only convectional but **Capital Entrepreneurs. **We are creating a vibrant Asia Capital Community with our membership program and via our preview events, whereby we openly and generously share to proliferate the ‘’power’’ of capital. Through our deep understanding of the pain points of SMEs, we tailor-make each and every of our program to hand hold aspiring SMEs to prepare them for their exciting corporatization journey toward public listing **(IPO) **and beyond. **CRITERIONS**
- Dissect current company’s marketing gaps and propose up-to-date effective marketing strategy
- Propose and formulate an effective budget and roadmap, including content generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness/outreach, brand positioning, marketing control, etc.
- Prioritize marketing deployments versus budget, ROI, and effectiveness
- Differentiate and customize/segmentize marketing initiatives to expeditiously widen outreach
- Spearhead and lead entire marketing team achieving KPIs (i.e. event participation, sales, etc.)
- Hands-on and well verse in both convectional and digitalized marketing plays
- Lead to craft, deploy and achieve targeted digital marketing leads, event participation rate, and followers
- Lead to deploy omni-marketing through social media, event, digitalized spaces, etc.
- Able to propose new digital tools/contents to enhance effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Able to implement, track, improvise and report on KPI
- Take full ownership into product development roadmap and crystalize applicable innovative solutions
- Deep understanding of product knowledge (comprehensive training is provided)
- Lead and explore various governmental grants to reinforce marketing competency
- Provide leadership know-how, mentorship and management to gel the team for optimal execution
- Frame and manage outsourcing marketing agencies in achieving company’s objectives
- Participate in sales activities to better understand, devise, and improvise marketing strategies
- Support sales team to achieve their KPIs
- Able to work and multi-task independently, both effectively and efficiently with speed as centricity

**COMPETENCIES**
- Proficient in digital marketing, platform marketing (Google SEO, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)
- Proficient in strategy versus budget management; content, data analytic, predictive, search engine optimization
- Natural flair in linguistic and language writing (English and Chinese a must)
- Tech-savvy and a good understanding of marketing web-tools and platforms
- Strong communicator/presenter/convincer (clear and precise manner)
- Sharp and sensitive in formulating marketing angles
- Well verse in Microsoft office and any designer software

**CREDENTIALS**
- Proven Grade A Marketer, previously as Director or senior management
- Proven track record of effecting successful marketing strategies leveraging on content, data, outreach, and tools, notwithstanding convectional marketing play
- Conversant in English, Chinese, Dialect
- Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media related
- Other related certificate/s is a plus

**COMPENSATION**
- Basic + Bonus + Employee Share option
- S$100k - 150K annually
