Job Description:

  • Provide HR support to the HR Manager across functions ranging from (1) Talent acquisition, (2) Payroll administration, (3) Compensation & Benefits, (4) Training and development, (5) Strategic workforce planning, (6) Performance Management, (7) Employee relations, (8) Organisation development and change, (9) HR Governance, Risk Management and Compliance, and (10) others (e.g., HR Analytics & Automation).
  • Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the institution's HR Management strategies.
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to the Management and employees in relation to employee life-cycle matters.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the HR Manager and President.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 5 years of progressive HR management experience, within a private education institution.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's statutory regulations and standards (e.g., CPF, IRAS, Employment Act, TAFEP, PDPA).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of EduTrust (GD Ver. 4) is highly preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to be operationally hands-on, proactive mindset, and committed to delivering results within stipulated timelines.
