Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the company (e.g. Issuing of invoices, sales order, receipts, preparation of quotations, data entry, filing, ordering of materials.)
  • Update and maintain office supplies, research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain an efficient and effective system for filing and retrieval of documents
  • Organize and schedule appointments for Directors
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

  • Possesses at least 1 year of relevant experience. Candidates without prior experience are welcomed to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Independant
  • Possess strong written and communication skills
  • Exemplary time management and problem-solving skills

Job Progression Guideline

  • First Salary Jump (Admin Assistant) - Between $200 - $300: Be familiar with the company work flow, procedures, day to day affairs, and is able to execute them proficiently.
  • Second Salary Jump (Admin Executive) - Between $300 - $500: Showing the constant ability to improve the system for filing and retrival of documents and ensure that the entire company is able to use and operate it proficiently.
  • Third Salary Jump (Admin Manager) - Between $500 - $800: Ability to manage the Directors schedule and executing them proficiently.
  • Fourth Salary Jump (Personal Secretary)- Between $800 - $1,200: Ability to filter whats important and whats not in the day to day affairs of the Directors & delegate items to repective personnels accordingly while ensuring it's being completed.
  • Fifth & Consecutive Salary Jumps (Company Secretary) - $1,200 onwards: Ability to solve day to day problems or issues that may arise from suppliers, clients and employees without the need of getting the directors involved.

  • Upon Step 3 of Job Progression: You will be able to participate in the sales process and enjoy commissions from the sales.
