Job Description & Requirements
- 1st level support to the user, identification of problems, recording support tickets, solving simple problems.
- 24/7 Support & Standby (duty roster)
- Tracking of helpdesk tickets and providing progress updates
- Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of system
- Providing technical support and guidance to end user, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Software and Application Version Upgrades on clients
- Opportunity to perform maintenance for servers
Requirement
- Diploma in IT
- with At least 1 yr of experience in a related field
- Travel to site whenever required
- 5 day week @ AMK area
