KPR is a safety shoe manufacturer that takes great pride in producing the highest quality and portfolio of safety footwear to protect against various workplace hazards.
We are looking for an independent, team-oriented individual who is keen to join the KPR team
Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to customer - handle and resolve issues raised by customer
- Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries (walk-in customer)
- Coordinate with forwarder on incoming shipment, order stationery & warehouse equipment
- Liaise with customer for the DO, PO, Invoices & Statement inquires.
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
Candidates should preferrable possess a GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels certificate or any equivalent professional qualifications
No Experience is also welcome. Training will be provided
PC literate such as proficient in Microsoft Office
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
