Job ResponsibilitiesThis is a Full-Time hybrid role for a Customer Service & Operations Support at Livingmenu. The role involves providing excellent online customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication via our customer chat channels. And manually pick & pack for Buffet setup equipment / cutleries.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer satisfaction
  • Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in ensuring a positive Customer Experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Manually prepare & clearing of setup buffet equipment
  • Pick & Pack for cutleries packs.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus
