- Normal Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Basic + AWS + Commission + Mobile Allowances
Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and enhance sales forecasts for assigned customer accounts.
- Expand the customer base through cold-calling, relationship building, and leveraging industry contacts to establish strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate across departments to coordinate pre-sales efforts, professional services, and support resources to deliver effective solutions to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas by identifying new business opportunities, securing deals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality products and services.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of IT products, solutions, and services to effectively address client needs.
- Participate in crafting value propositions and negotiate contracts to successfully close sales opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on client interactions, sales activities, and general market trends during weekly sales meetings.
The Successful Applicant
- Possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.
- Min. 3 years of sales experience within the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge/ interested of IT products and solutions in Information Technology.
- Demonstrated presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
