Senior Executive/Asst Manager, Payroll

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of benefits, medical and insurance claims, government claims, reservist claims, and other related processes.
- Assist in coordinating the company's performance appraisal process, annual bonus distribution, and salary reviews.
- Stay informed on current best practices and regulatory changes regarding compensation and benefits.
- Compile and analyze statistics, preparing reports to provide management with relevant insights.
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to stay competitive in the market.
- Contribute to compensation and benefits initiatives such as job evaluations, salary structure reviews, and benefits package design.
- Manage payroll processing using payroll systems and attendance modules.
- Handle complex payroll for blue-collar employees working various shift patterns.
- Experience in managing payroll vendors is considered a plus.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll and human resource administration.
- Proven experience handling blue-collar payroll (about 500 headcounts) and managing outsourced vendors.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
