Sr Executive / Asst Manager/ Manager - Operations
Reporting to the Director (Operations), you will work closely with the HOD(s) and Clinical Department(s) and be responsible for the planning, development, and management of resources within the Department(s) to meet the department's/hospital's objectives in delivering patient care. You will actively support the Department(s) by providing timely departmental performance reporting and managing initiatives and solutions towards determined objectives.
You will also be responsible for managing the finances of the department, ensuring operations within the allocated budget.
Requirements
A good degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. Job title will commensurate with candidate's experience.
Exposure to, or experience in healthcare finance, practical knowledge or ownership of hospital operations, and project management carry added advantages.
Fluent in English and have a flair for numbers.
Meticulous and analytical, possessing good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
Driven, passionate, and service-oriented.
A system-level thinking mindset and confidence to work in a fast-paced environment.
