Sphere offers a range of Performance and Recovery services, including Semi-Private Sessions, Infrared Saunas and Cold Plunge Pools. The facility also seeks to explore future opportunities in hospitality, retail, and more, creating a space that goes beyond wellness.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Front Desk Staff member at Sphere. The Client Experience Associate will be responsible for performing Front Desk duties such as greeting and assisting clients, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. They will also need to have strong communication and computer literacy skills to effectively interact with clients and manage administrative tasks.

Additional duties include ensuring overall operations of the gym are in order, including day to day walkthroughs to for general cleanliness and operational efficiency, overseeing and highlighting current or potential maintenance issues, as well as basic maintenance knowhow.


Requirements

  • Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties including replying to text enquiries.
  • Sociable, Affluent and Energetic, with Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Familiarity with fitness and wellness industry is a plus
  • Must be able to understand and represent the brand. (Training Provided)
