We are seeking a HR & Operations Executive to take on a critical role in managing the company’s human resources, office operations, and strategic programs. This hybrid position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can oversee HR processes, manage office operations, and lead the coordination of key strategic projects and programs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, working closely with senior management to drive operational efficiency and support the company’s most important initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Program & Project Management
- Organize and coordinate the most important programs the company is involved with, ensuring seamless execution.
- Drive processes from an operational and administrative standpoint, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Track project progress, create detailed plans, and report updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program objectives with organizational goals.
2. Human Resources Administration
- Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and a positive employee experience.
- Maintain and update employee records, including leave management and benefits administration.
- Address HR-related inquiries and liaise with external consultants or vendors as required.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
3. Operations Oversight
- Support cross-departmental projects to ensure operational alignment with business objectives.
- Manage budgets, process expenses, and coordinate vendor payments.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and local regulations.
4. Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and track action items.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership.
5. Ad Hoc Support
- Lead or assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
- Act as a backup for other roles when needed to maintain operational continuity.
- Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, HR, Project Management, or related fields.
- Experience:Minimum 1-5 years in an HR, operations, or project management role.
Proven experience in managing strategic projects or programs is highly desirable. - Skills:Strong knowledge of HR practices and local employment laws.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and track progress.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with tools like HRIS systems, Slack, or Trello is an advantage.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Key Traits:Proactive, solution-oriented, and resourceful.
