- Filleting various kinds of seafood.
- Managing the Sushi counter/cold section independently.
- Daily preparation for opening and closing of Sushi counter.
- Update of inventory and ordering.
- 10.45am - 8.45pm (Mondays - Thursdays)
- 10.45am - 9.30pm (Fridays)
- 11am - 9.30pm (Saturdays)
- Rest period 3pm - 5.30pm
- Sundays - Off
- Public holidays - Off
