Job Description & Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in Japanese restaurant.
  • Sushi and Maki making required.
  • Filleting various kinds of seafood.
  • Managing the Sushi counter/cold section independently.
  • Daily preparation for opening and closing of Sushi counter.
  • Update of inventory and ordering.
Working hours
  • 10.45am - 8.45pm (Mondays - Thursdays)
  • 10.45am - 9.30pm (Fridays)
  • 11am - 9.30pm (Saturdays)
  • Rest period 3pm - 5.30pm
  • Sundays - Off
  • Public holidays - Off
