Roles & Responsibilities

Hiring Position: Operations Admin Executive
Salary: $2000 - $3000

Job Description:-

  • Coordinate with Manager and client to ensure quality service delivery
  • Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures to during cleaning operations islandwide
  • Handle day to day operations scheduling of cleaners to job required.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team.
  • Scheduling and coordinating jobs on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinate operations manpower and work plans.
  • Coordinates daily operational activities.
  • Assign job task to Cleaners.
  • Close monitoring of jobs and provide necessary updates to clients.
  • Responds to customers' feedback and inquiries, provide good client support and maintaining a good relationship.
  • Ensure timely submission & generating monthly reports.
  • Manage incoming calls from existing clients.
  • Manages uniform and cleaning supplies inventory.


Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in relevant duties

Must be strong in administrative support/ skills

Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline.

A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision

Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel

Able to communicate in both English & Chinese will be a bonus.


Working day: 5 Days work week (Mon-Fri)

Working area: Paya Lebar
