Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all EH&S and Quality legislation, compliance, and regulations in the company.
  • Always perform responsibilities in compliance with Code of Ethics.
  • A team player who possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Assist in booking of travel arrangements with AMEX.
  • Raising purchase requisitions.
  • Register facial recognition and fingerprint for new joiners.
  • Register visitor using visitor registration management system (VRMS).
  • Coordinate the ordering / preparation of safety shoes and glasses for new employees / visitors.
  • Coordinate the ordering and issuing of taxi vouchers.
  • Coordinate the annual ordering and distribution of company uniforms for employees.
  • Update telephone extension listing.
  • Upkeep latest updates in CORE Gallery.
  • Maintain logbook for business gifts.
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N’Level
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Well verse in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience in using SAP would be advantageous.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:35pm

Salary range : $2,500 - $3,000
