Position: Billing & Administrative Executive
Contract Duration: 2 Years
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (may require weekend activation for urgent matters)
Salary: Up to $4000
Location: Northeast and East of Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
Billing Management:
- Oversee the billing process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to track and follow up on customer receivables.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Facilities Management Centre (FMC) team.
- Manage communications, schedules, and support general office tasks when needed.
Customer Interaction:
- Be the primary point of contact for customer billing-related inquiries.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and effective issue resolution.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of billing transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular billing activity reports to relevant stakeholders.
Compliance & Policy Implementation:
- Ensure all billing activities follow company policies and relevant regulations.
- Review processes and suggest improvements for better efficiency and compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Built Environment, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in administrative or billing roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and billing systems like SAP.
- Detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information, and a proactive problem solver.
