Job Description- Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for the Contract Logistics division, aligning with global business objectives.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts.
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and securing strategic partnerships with global and regional clients.
- Meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
- Support existing global accounts by expanding their footprint in other markets.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution to create integrated supply chain solutions.
- Proven sales experience in the Contract Logistics industry.
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the Contract Logistics space, preferably with exposure to multinational clients.
- Strong understanding of warehousing, distribution, and value-added services, with the ability to develop tailored logistics solutions.
- Experience in setting up or expanding a Contract Logistics business is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven.
