Position: Operations Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
· Support and execute operational functions as part of the operations team to optimise efficiency and results.
· Coordinate with the client and stakeholders to manage operational activities and achieve customer satisfaction.
· Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues on the ground at the client location.
· Gather requirements to create training scenarios using the simulation platform to meet training objectives.
· Support project and QA teams as and when required.
· Any other matters tasked by Management.
Requirements:
· Preferably Diploma in Information Technology / Engineering, or relevant qualifications. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
· Experience in customer facing roles.
· Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
· Resourceful and able to work independently.
· Meticulous and able to multi-task.
· Interest in 3D simulation training.
