Job Summary
We are hiring on behalf of our client for a School Operations and Admin Support role at Queenstown. The selected candidate will assist in various operational and logistical tasks within the school environment, supporting teachers, administrative staff, and school management in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- To assist the Operation Managers (OM) in logistics support of school major events such as venue setup and preparation of signages.
- To assist the teachers for the daily operational needs in special rooms setup (chairs, whiteboard, and signages, etc.).
- To assist in the daily morning and afternoon assembly in the School Hall, including the seating layout for classes and teachers.
- To assist the Examiner OIC in the room setup and index labeling for school examinations and PSLE Marking.
- To assist the HOD (Discipline)/OM (Discipline) in the dismissal of students taking the school buses.
- To assist the Admin Manager (AM) in the condemnation of stores/asset tagging of new assets.
- To assist in any ad-hoc job assignments required by the school.
Requirements
- O Level or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience working in a school or similar environment.
- Good interpersonal, customer-oriented, and time management skills in staff support.
- Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team.
- Ability to use IT systems such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
