Job Overview:
The Admin and Operations Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily operational tasks and administrative duties. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As part of a small company, you will have the opportunity to grow with us and take on new challenges as we expand.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Management: Process and organize key invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Claims Sorting: Sort and manage claims effectively and promptly.
  • Delivery Coordination: Arrange and schedule deliveries, ensuring smooth logistics and communication with relevant parties.
  • Ad Hoc Deliveries: Occasionally handle physical deliveries as required.
  • Packing: Assist in packing orders for platforms like Shopee and other relevant channels.
  • Administrative Support: Perform other administrative tasks and ad hoc roles as assigned by the supervisor to support daily operations.
