Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain good rapport with customers through understanding their requirements and needs
  • Answering the telephone/ emails to manage customer's inquiries and providing quotations
  • Work with operations team to fulfill customer request, instructions and rectify issues
  • Planning and Coordination with internal departments and customers
  • Documentation and data entry
  • Provide administration support to Warehouse Operations
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in any related field
  • Two years of experience in customer service. Applicants with shipping sales experience will be advantageous.
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outgoing personality with good interpersonal, Public Relations and negotiation skills
  • Resourceful, resilient and self-motivated
  • No experience required
