We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lifting Supervisor to oversee and manage lifting operations for Power Plant and Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely, in compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Coordination:

- Plan and coordinate lifting operations, including selecting appropriate lifting equipment and techniques.

- Assess the load, rigging methods, and environmental conditions to ensure safe lifting procedures.

2. Safety Management:

- Supervise all lifting activities, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and MOM regulations.

- Conduct pre-lift safety checks, toolbox talks, and risk assessments before commencing operations.

3. Operational Supervision:

- Guide and oversee riggers, signalmen, and equipment operators during lifting operations.

- Ensure proper rigging, sling configurations, and load securing for all lifts.

4. Compliance & Documentation:

- Verify and ensure compliance with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records of lifting plans, permits, and inspection reports.

5. Incident Management:

- Address and resolve any safety concerns or operational issues on-site.
