**Job Description**:

- Ensure lifts are operated in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
- Supervise lift operators or personnel, ensuring that they follow proper protocols.
- Monitor the performance and functionality of the lifts regularly to ensure proper operation.
- Ensure that lifts are regularly maintained and inspected.
- Identify and report any hazards, malfunctions, or safety concerns with lifts.
- Ensure lifts comply with relevant safety codes, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Ensure that necessary maintenance schedules are followed and records are kept.
- Oversee or assist with emergency repairs and troubleshooting when needed.
- Ensure project deadlines are met timeously.
- Provide directions or guidance on proper lift safety to ensure public awareness.
- Maintain logs and records of lift inspections, maintenance, and incidents.
- Generate reports on lift performance, issues, and safety compliance for management or regulatory authorities.
- Manage emergency situations such as power failures, lift breakdowns, or rescues.
- Ensure proper evacuation procedures are followed in case of a malfunction.
- Train and supervise lift operators or staff on safety procedures and operational tasks.

Overall, the Lift Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of elevator systems in various environments.

Other Information: Location: Across Singapore

Working hours: 8 am to 7 pm 6-Day Work Week (Monday to Saturday)

Full-time, Permanent Salary: $3,800 - $4,200
