Our client is in the property real estate sector, headquartered in Singapore and has a strong presence globally. They are looking to fill the role of Leasing Executive to maximise the occupancy ratio for the Retail portfolio.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to optimize rental income and occupancy rates for the properties within the company's portfolio.
  • Secure new tenants, identify potential market segments, manage lease renewals, and coordinate with property agents.
  • Perform market research on competitors and rental benchmarks to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both tenants and potential clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Building, or Business Marketing.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in marketing and leasing.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and a strong professional network.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Being registered under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or having Real Estate Salesperson (RES) certification is an advantage.

  • Location: South
  • Working days: 5 Days
  • Salary: Up to $4,500 / Negotiable and Bonus (salary will be commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
