Roles & Responsibilities

Admin & Facility Support Assistant provides efficient and effective administrative support to our operations department and classroom management. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Job Description

  1. Ensure proper set up of the classrooms & meeting rooms before and after the lessons.
  2. Ensure all facilities/equipment in the classroom & meeting rooms are well-maintained and in good working condition includes overseeing routine maintenance tasks.
  3. Manage reception counter before and/or during lessons.
  4. Assist lecturers with technical and/or equipment handling issues before and/or during lessons.
  5. Create and provide door access for new lecturers if needed.
  6. Report any incidents (e.g. medical, fire, safety, security etc.) to the Reporting officer immediately.
  7. Manage office and pantry supplies.
  8. Assist in day-to-day office operations if needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any related disciplines
  • No experience required. Students are welcome.
  • Flexible to work on weekday nights, 6pm to 10pm and weekends, 9am to 5pm (only if there is a lesson)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly adaptable, resourceful, and diligent
