Job Summary:

  • Working hours: Mon – Thu 8.30 am – 6 pm, Fri 8.30 am – 5.30 pm

Job Description

  • Handle HR system support cases and escalation of HR system issues
  • Administer system functionalities
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the HR systems remain fit for the organisation’s purpose
  • Update intranet content
  • Manage company IT assets and equipment for HR and liaising with IT partners or vendors
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems and processes
  • Monitor access controls and management of IT accounts
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance and data security
  • Participate in process automation initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Higher NITEC or Diploma in Information Systems/Technology or Business
  • Resourceful and proactive team-player with the ability to multitask and work independently
  • Possess good communication (written and spoken), analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Inquisitive individual who is always seeking to learn and grow professionally
  • Driven individual who is able to prioritise and meet deadlines promptly
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors will be ideal
