Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Good coordination with office colleagues
- Handle general office matters as arise
- Handle import and export shipments
- Preparation and submission for Tender Projects
- Monitoring of Tender supplies and replenishment of stocks
- Issue POs to suppliers
- Liaise with Logistic companies
- Renewal of company’s workman compensation & foreign workers insurance
- Attend to shipping claims, worker’s injury claims
- General office housekeeping eg. Stationary, printing, faxes, telephone system, air-cond and lighting
- Oversee the daily logistics of the company to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain records of staff attendance, MC, annual leave and childcare leave
- Attend to walk-in or phone enquiries
- Upkeep pricelist and printings for sales team
- Upkeep office meeting room and pantry
- Assist management
Requirements:
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin (as need to liaise to Mandarin top management)
- Able to communicate well with colleagues and handle any work-related issues
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and etc)
- Working Hour: 8.30am-5.30pm
- Working Day: From Monday to Friday (5 day working week)
- Good attendance and work ethic
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
