Purpose: To create company brand awareness through outreach to learning institutions, government platforms, recruitment agencies, and advertising agencies. To support the talent acquisition process of hiring the right person to meet the company's needs and objectives.
Key Area of Responsibilities:
- Outreach to learning institutions, government agencies, and recruitment and advertising agencies to build up a talent pipeline.
- Define a plan for outreach and participation in various events such as career fairs, university recruitment fairs, career talks, etc.
- Measure the effectiveness of outreach and make recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and report on recruitment lead time and open positions.
- Support the recruitment process to hire the right person for the right job.
- Initiate the onboarding process so that all stakeholders are informed of new employees coming on board.
- Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.
Qualification & Experiences:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administrator or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or other similar roles.
- IHRP-CA/IHRP-CP certification will be an advantage
- Sound knowledge of the Fair Employment Act
- Knowledge of Foreign Work Labour law
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions
- Good communication skills
