Growth Marketing Lead

Full time Singapore (Hybrid)

The Role

As a Growth Marketing Lead, your role will focus on customer acquisition to achieve a10-15% month-on-month revenue growth for our new B2B SAAS-based employee

wellbeing platform.You’ll be leading the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution of campaigns and initiatives as well as taking ownership of our digital assets and tools, including the website, social media accounts, paid advertising channels, sales & marketing automation tools and CRM.

This role will be suitable for a seasoned growth marketer who is excited to take on the challenge of scaling the sales of a new SAAS platform in a fast-growing seed stage HR Tech start-up.

What you’ll do:

● Develop & execute a go-to-marketing strategy that involves both paid

(Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc) and organic (SEO, Content, Email, Social Media,

etc) marketing initiatives and campaigns to scalably acquire new clients. You’ll

continuously refine your marketing efforts to maintain competitive advantage

and achieve the desired revenue growth.

● Manage a marketing technology stack of sales & marketing automation tools

to track and maximize funnel conversions as well as reduce Customer

Acquisition Cost (CAC). Work directly and / or with freelancers to optimize our

digital assets as well as leverage data and analytics to improve your marketing

execution.

● Manage partnerships & affiliate relations with trade media, resellers and

affiliates on channel-led sales. Strategize and develop a technology-driven

affiliate marketing programme to scalably grow our reseller network.

Who You Are:

● You resonate with our mission to promote greater mental wellbeing in

workplaces.

● You have 6+ years of experience and a proven track record in growth marketing

for an early stage B2B SaaS start-up.

● Entrepreneurial spirit. You have worked in a startup and / or on digital marketing

projects to drive sales of products and services.

● You adopt a user-centric approach to marketing and develop a deep

understanding of our audiences and customers to develop your marketing

strategy, creatives, messaging and content.

● You are analytical, data oriented and enjoy leveraging data to scale paid and

organic marketing channels.

● You are technology savvy and enjoy using or learning to use a variety of digital

tools to boost your marketing efforts.

● You have worked in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of total

ownership.

Bonus if you have:

● Experience in creative design and content writing for the purpose of marketing

● Website development and web content management experience on platforms

like Wordpress and / or Webflow

● Past founder, start-up or entrepreneurial background
