Be part of the Digital Marketing Team, to apply strategies and comprehensive marketing skills to drive corporate market share growth.

Main job responsibilities are:

  1. Market analysis and strategy formulation;
  2. User acquisition and channel management;

1. Market analysis and strategy formulation

  • In-depth research on industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and consumer behaviour. By collecting and analysing market data, you can gain insights into market opportunities and challenges, including product positioning and promotional activities, to support the development of marketing strategies.

2. User acquisition and channel management

  • Responsible for developing user acquisition strategies. Apply the most effective channels to attract potential customers and convert them into actual users. From digital marketing to traditional media, from social media to partnerships. Identify which channels are right for your business and use a combination of channels to maximize your audience.
  • Channel management. The performance of different channels needs to be monitored and data analyzed to determine which channels are performing well and which need optimization. Through continuous monitoring and optimization, we can ensure the best use of marketing funds, thereby promoting the improvement of user acquisition results.

3. Data analysis and optimization

  • Utilize a variety of analytical tools and metrics to track the performance of your marketing campaigns. By monitoring key data, such as conversion rate, click rate, user retention rate, etc., you can quickly understand the effectiveness of marketing activities and make corresponding adjustments.
  • Based on data analysis results, marketing strategies need to be continuously optimized. You need to test different marketing methods, adjust ad placement time, and even redesign marketing content. Through continuous optimization, we can maximize the effectiveness of marketing activities.

4. Risk management and innovation

  • Requires the ability to identify potential risks and issues and develop appropriate risk response strategies. At the same time, innovative marketing methods and strategies need to be constantly sought to maintain a competitive advantage.

5. Team collaboration and management

  • Effective teamwork and leadership skills are essential. It is necessary to clarify the responsibilities of team members, guide the team to formulate and implement marketing plans, and ensure that the team works towards a common goal.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of years of marketing leadership experience preferably in e-commerce or online sales
  • Strong business insight and analytical thinking, reflected in impact and influence skills and confidence in high level interactions with organisation leadership
  • Shown experience in leading impactful teams on revenue targets via digital marketing, e-commerce, online campaigns
  • Fast-paced, agile organization to handle multiple priorities cross the region
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects under timelines
  • Have an excellent command of written English with clear and impactful communication.
  • Be able to deliver all the above in a fast and efficient manner without sacrificing quality
  • Strong EQ and ability to work in high pressure environments in a constructive and professional manner
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
