A renowned engineering firm is seeking a driven and passionate personnel who is well versed in Audio Visual (AV) LED panel technology to join their dynamic team. The ideal personnel should have a strong technical knowledge of LED display solutions to effectively communicate with clients, identify sales opportunities, develop customized solutions, and provide comprehensive support throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with customers and potential customers to update offerings, understand needs & acquire market intelligence.
  • Collaborate closely with sales account managers to create and present technical materials like presentations, product demos, and proof of concepts.
  • Act as the go-to technical expert on the company's products and solutions, offering guidance and assistance to customers and prospects.
  • Develop and keep up-to-date knowledge of competitor products and solutions.
  • Provide technical training to both internal staff and external parties.
  • Write and revise technical documents such as user manuals, installation guides, and release notes.
  • Coordinate with the relevant teams in the development of new products and features, from initial idea to launch.
  • Conduct research on customers and the market to spot trends and requirements.
  • Provide feedback to engineering and product teams based on customer needs and issues.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities when necessary.
  • Design customized solutions for customers across various settings.
  • Present technology solutions effectively to the sales team and customers using visual aids, demonstrations, or presentations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Building Services engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of the Pro Audio Visual, Video conferencing, or LED Panel industry is essential.
  • Experience with products such as Videowalls, LED & LCD Displays, video conferencing, and Audio Visual Switches is required.
  • Highly self-motivated and take initiative to learn
  • Ability to communicate, present & influence while having attentive listening skills.
