Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary: As a Product Manager at OneThreeOneFour, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing our products tailored to destination prewedding/couple photoshoots. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the travel and wedding industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, demands, and customer needs
  • Manage the lifecycle of each travel product from concept through execution, including pricing strategies and launch.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of new travel photoshoot packages, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to effectively launch and sell new products.
  • Continuously evaluate the performance of travel products using key metrics, adapting strategies as necessary to maximize results.
  • Develop and curate travel itineraries specifically designed for prewedding photoshoots.
  • Collaborate with local vendors, venues, and service providers in multiple destinations to secure the best rates and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing / product management, ideally in the travel, hospitality, or wedding industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to spot and develop trends in travel and wedding photography.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
