Finance HR Admin Executive

We are looking for either fulltime or Part-time(weekly 3 days) for this role.
HR Functions
- In charge of recruitment, job posting, screening of applicants, arrange interview
- appointments, ensure pre-employment requirements are fulfilled for newly hired employees.
- Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower and ensure company is in full compliance with MOM laws and other requirements. Update the management for any new rules issued by the Ministry of Manpower.
- Application and renewal of necessary work permits such as Employment Pass and S-Pass for foreign employees.
- Monitor the market rate for the salary of each position in the company and collect survey report at least once a year to be submitted to the Financial Controller.
- Liaise with the Insurance agent for renewal of existing health insurance policy, inclusion of newly hired employees in the policy and assist in employee’s insurance claims.
Finance / Admin Functions
- Liaise with the Insurance agent for the renewal of office insurance and work compensation injury policy.
- Ensure the availability of first aid kit and medicines for employees’ use and for inspection of MOM
- Replenishment of pantry & office supplies
- Liaise with the building management on fire drills and notices pertaining to our premises.
- Liaise with SCDF and other government agencies for application and renewal of permits
- Direct the part-time cleaner to ensure the cleanliness of the office and laboratory.
- Maintain orderliness of the office premises.
- Coding the suppliers’ invoices for office related Service Providers
- Prepare payments to suppliers, as per payment terms, via online banking and recording of
- payments in QuickBooks.
- Preparation of payment vouchers
- Handling and Replenishment of Petty Cash Fund
- Other ad hoc admin duties.
Reporting Requirements:
- Recruitment Status Report
- Support preparation of Finance / Accounting Reports (as required)
Qualifications:
- Advanced Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Working knowledge of HR Administration and MOM laws in Singapore
- Proficient on Quick Book accounting system
- Exposure to ERP like Odoo, Netsuite
- Proficient on MS Office (MS Excel ad MS Word)
- Minimum work experience for at least 3 - 5 years
- Team player
