Key Responsibilities:

  • Course Delivery:Conduct courses in accordance with established lesson plans and frameworks.
    Refine course syllabus, delivery approaches, and materials to stimulate learner interest and engagement.
    Coach and mentor learners based on their individual needs and learning styles.
  • Assessment:Conduct assessments to measure learning effectiveness in compliance with SSG regulations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in the area of specialization.
  • Possession of Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering professional training and assessment of WSQ programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekday daytime, evenings, and weekends.
