Assistant Contract Manager

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Assistant Contract Manager :
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to address and resolve contractual disputes, ensuring compliance with contract terms and timely resolution of issues.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee project planning and execution, optimizing resource allocation and manpower efficiency.
- Coordinate and facilitate interactions among various project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support contract administration and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Manage all quantity surveying duties, including valuations, variation work submissions, budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, claims processing, contract payments, and final account settlements.
- Work closely with the procurement team on project administration.
- Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Analyze and prepare cost estimates for tenders.
- Provide advice on procurement strategies and contractual claims.
- Monitor project progress, analyze financial outcomes, and prepare detailed reports.
- Evaluate completed work and prepare progress claims.
- Track and assess variations in ongoing projects that may impact costs.
- Conduct cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects.
- Prepare and submit required documentation, including catalogues and sample boards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in residential and industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical works.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, demonstrating initiative and commitment.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 7,500 + VB (1 - 2 Months)
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:45pm
