Join our Sulzer Water & Industry BU APAC team within Water & Industrial Business Unit division as Head of Sales ROA to help us take sales and operational service to the next level.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the ROA region to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- To develop growth plans for the region and implement and execute these growth plans. Put sufficient processes in place to measure the success of the growth plans.
- Drive growth on the full Sulzer services portfolio and support all cross-selling initiatives.
- To have joint ownership of the development and implementation for a growth plan.
- To co-ordinate and check the activities including visit plans of the Regional Sales Managers and ensure we develop a culture of aggressive goal achievement.
- To ensure all Regional Sales Managers provide prompt and accurate feedback on outstanding quotes to support effective forecasting and update all required data.
- To produce and own the RFC for Order Intake and Order Intake GP.
- To ensure succession is built into our organization and that recruiting from outside is the exception rather than the norm.
- To ensure our main parts customers are visited on a regular basis and their needs are efficiently looked after.
- To support all Regional Sales Managers if any issues occur (customer, agents, internal process etc.).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- To work closely with the internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and jointly develop plans to deliver on these opportunities.

What you bring to Sulzer:
- Work Experience: >12 years
- Expertise: Sales experience in water& industrial business, experience of implementing sales strategy
- Education Level: Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering
- Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages are an added advantage
- Soft Skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Other: Financial/budget management, Management experience
