Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure that manpower planning for Outbound area is optimized to support the growing business needs of the company.
  • Handling daily sorting of orders, scanning of picklists and printing of invoices whether for delivery or self-collection
  • Ensure FIFO/FEFO practice is followed at all times, and tidiness of the active areas is maintained.
  • Ensure picking Errors are kept under 5 cases per day.
  • Coordinate closely with Customer Service and Inventory on to resolve operational hiccups (Wrong/Short Supply & Inventory Discrepancy etc.) and to look for ways to improve on existing processes and to improve productivity that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure daily orders and at least 3 zoning of orders for the second day are completed by the end of day.
  • Monitor Driver’s Delivery Capability and assign their load accordingly.
  • Handling Driver’s Delivery issue (Driver’s GroupChat).
  • Ensuring that Housekeeping matters is managed accordingly on daily basis.
  • Ensure Delivery Errors are kept under 5 cases per day.
  • Ensure Team members follow SOP in their Daily Operation Activities.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of individual team member and give guidance, support and coaching and identify training needs of individuals working under you so that they can work towards achieving the team KPI and individual KPI given.
  • Ensure that reported discrepancies by outbound teams are resolved or escalated appropriately to management/supervisor.


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics OR other equivalent qualifications in relevant fields
  • At least 3-5 year of working experience in related field
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry will have an added advantage
  • Good team player
  • Effective communicator
