THE ROLE - Operations & Personalisation Specialist


Hegen offers a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations & Personalisation Specialist the unique opportunity to contribute to our operational excellence while adding a personal touch to our products.

As our Operations & Personalisation Specialist, you will play a vital role in the fulfillment of Hegen By Me orders where you ensure that each product is customised to meet our customers' expectations.

Additionally, your responsibilities will also encompass maintaining of administrative records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of orders.


Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Department in all Hegen By Me fulfillment activities, including documentation and maintaining administrative records
  • Manage and receive Hegen by Me order(s) from Hegen's website to perform customization and personalisation of products
  • Work with Internal Team on Hegen By Me order(s)
  • Execute the standard operating procedures in delivering Hegen by Me products to ensure smooth and effective fulfilment of order(s)
  • Ensure that personalised products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency
  • Demonstrate workplace health and safety in the operation of printing machines (UV & Laser Printer)
  • Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on printing machines to minimise downtime and ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure proper management of inventory, logistics, and supplies relating to Hegen By Me
  • Assist with the Operations Team (warehouse, inventory management, administration) when required.
  • Any other activities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior working experience in Warehouse/Logistics, Printing, or related field is preferred.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge is required.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with UV and Laser printing will be an added advantage.
  • Good team player and pleasant personality
  • Strong sense of responsibility to accomplish duties assigned.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
