Customer Service Associates play a crucial role in fostering customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the retail business.

You will be -

  • An advocate for Sunnystep products among customers, corporate clients, and retail partners; address their concerns and respond to their inquiries in a prompt manner
  • Responsible for addressing inquiries, monitoring complaints, and feedback through various channels of communication
  • Engaging with consumers in the product development process by channeling their feedback to the team, addressing product quality issues, and collecting new ideas for product development
  • Maintaining and regularly engaging with customer groups on social media and chat channels such as WhatsApp
  • Engaging with our online customers regularly with live-streaming activities on various e-commerce and social media platforms
  • Sending out newsletters regularly to our customer base; keeping customers informed about new product launches and marketing activities
  • Planning and closely working with our retail partners with promotional activities and events
  • Organizing regular client engagement and appreciation events, both online and offline, adding value to our customers and keeping them engaged in our community
  • Sourcing and sending appreciation gifts to VIPs in our community
