Job Summary:

Our client is a reputable logistics company specializing in government projects. As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of 5 and responsible for handling inquiries. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service, resolving customer issues, and maintaining efficient operations within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries (call or email) and complaints effectively.
  • Assist team members in resolving complex or challenging cases.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic approach when dealing with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on the department performance metrics.
  • Identify trends and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a customer service-related role.
  • Proven experience in managing and motivating a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
