Our client, leading manufacturer and distributor of components is inviting a suitable candidate to join them as an Customer Service Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
- Handle and assist customers with their sales inquiries via emails & phone calls
- Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
- Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
- Liaise with stakeholders on customers' orders
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers.
- Liaise with internal Customer Service Team and Business development Team on stock availability.
- Check lead time, expedite deliveries by suppliers, and update the system promptly.
- Liaising and following up delays with stakeholders
- Assisting the supervisor with daily operations/activities.
- Guides junior team members
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma holders and above
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Experience in managing junior staff members
- Possess a service-oriented mindset and self-motivated attitude
- Team player, has initiativeness and able to work with minimum supervision
- Meticulous and organized
- Able to multi-task and work in a high volume and fast-pace environment:
- Proficient in MS Office
OTHER INFORMATION:Located @ Central (North bridge road) 5 Days/ Monday to Friday ll commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
