Job Description:

  • Supervise order fulfilment activities in compliance to rating principles as well as operator variations
  • Manage contingency plans for order processing operations
  • Execute methods to improve documentation process in accordance to standards, policies and procedures
  • Resolve operational shortfall, warehouse operations quality issues and documentation nonconformities
  • Supervise operational compliance to service agreements and all revisions
  • Conduct learning activities on order fulfilment processes and operations
  • Supervise order fulfilment activities and meet customers' requirement
  • Develop mitigating actions / solutions to manage lapses in delivery of logistics services
  • Organise and coordinate continuous improvement activities and performance improvement strategies
  • Monitor operational productivity and/or gaps to propose improvement
  • Support solution implementation by operationalising plans and measure performance
  • Plan measures to improve vendor management capability in the operation
  • Plan alternatives to enhance operational policies, standards and procedures
  • Manage team members to monitor completion of requirements and activities
  • Identify and escalate risk factors that impact efficiency
  • Escalate team's underperformance and/or misconduct for further actions
  • Operate systems, technology and electronic tools deployed (e.g. WMS, SAP & etc.)
  • Conduct learning activities on systems, technology and electronic tools deployed

Qualifications:

  • Atleast 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Experience in customer management and managing the Customer service team
