Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sorting out internal & external mails, courier bags, franking of out-going mails and procurement of pantry items/stationeries.
  2. Filing and scanning of documents such as invoices and any other documents related to Corporate Admin.
  3. Processing of invoices and tabulating of mobile usage & any other administrative duties.
  4. Liaise with vendors or contractors for any fault reported within the office premises and covering.
  5. Covering of reception duties whenever necessary.
  6. Any other ad-hoc duties by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  1. Willing to learn and comfortable to communicate with people.
  2. Meticulous & attention to detail.
  3. Able to complete given tasks in a timely manner.
  4. Proficient in MS Office.
  5. Working Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday (08.30am to 06.00pm)
  6. Must be able to commit at least 3 months or more.
  7. No experience are welcome to apply.
